EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY — EGHO STUDIOS

At EGHO, each piece is designed to accompany your routine for a long time. Should an exchange or return be necessary, we follow a clear, transparent, and secure process for both parties.


📅 REQUEST DEADLINE

You can request an exchange or return within 7 calendar days after receiving your order, in accordance with Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code.

After this period, exchanges or returns will not be possible.


📌 CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN

For the request to be accepted, the product must:

  • Be unused, odorless, and show no signs of washing

  • Have the tag seal intact

  • Be returned in its original packaging (ziplock)

  • Be accompanied by the invoice

Products that do not meet these conditions may have their request denied.


🔁 HOW TO REQUEST

The entire process is carried out through the customer panel on our website:

  1. Access your account at the top of the site

  2. Select the order and the desired item

  3. Click on “Request return”

  4. State the reason

  5. If it's an exchange, describe the new size or color desired in the “Observations” field

For exchanges for another product, it may be necessary to pay or receive the difference in value, if any.


⏱ PROCESS FLOW AND DEADLINES

After the request:

  • EGHO has up to 7 calendar days to analyze and approve the request

  • After approval, you will receive shipping instructions via email

  • The customer has up to 7 calendar days to post the product

  • After receipt at our warehouse, the item undergoes a quality check

  • If everything is in order, EGHO has up to 7 calendar days to:

    • process the refund, or

    • send the new exchange item


🚚 EXCHANGE AND RETURN SHIPPING

Voluntary exchange (size, color, or model):
The customer bears the shipping cost of the product to our distribution center.
After approval during inspection, EGHO sends the new piece without additional cost.

Return due to regret (within 7 days):
The return shipping cost is the responsibility of EGHO, as provided in the Consumer Protection Code.

Defective product:
The shipping cost to the warehouse and the reshipment of the new item are the sole responsibility of EGHO.
All cases undergo technical analysis after receipt.


💳 REFUND

After receiving and checking the item:

  • The refund will be issued in the same original payment method

  • Credit card: the reversal may take up to two billing cycles to appear

  • Pix or bank slip: the amount will be refunded within 7 business days


🛍 SALE PRODUCTS

Products purchased from the SALE tab:

  • Are not eligible for exchange

  • May have slight aesthetic variations that do not compromise the usability of the item

  • It is possible to request a return due to regret within the legal period of 7 days

In this case, the return shipping is covered by EGHO, as per the CDC.
